Quality Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Lead food safety and quality across the Denver plant by partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure every product meets regulatory, customer, and company standards. Drive continuous improvement, coach ownership on the production floor, and manage the Food Safety and Quality Improvement Plan and key quality metrics. Oversee training, compliance (USDA/FDA, HACCP, GMP), recall readiness, environmental monitoring, and corrective actions, while developing your team.
