•Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates, including those with niche skill sets.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide strategic recruitment insights, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
•Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, reflecting Traba’s commitment to excellence.
•Employer Branding: Champion Traba’s culture and values within the tech community, positioning us as an employer of choice for top technical talent.
