Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize the SAP Sovereign Cloud system landscape for Germany.
  • •Set up multi-system landscape architecture and integration between heterogeneous system technologies.
  • •Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations.
  • •Continuously improve implementation documentation.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance cloud operation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work independently on complex issues and collaborate effectively with experts across time zones to protect customer success.
  • •Expertise with GitLab and familiarity with Terraform and Ansible.
  • •Working knowledge of Linux (SUSE) and experience with CI/CD.
  • •Experience with at least some of: Kubernetes, Helm, Python, and BASH scripting.
  • •Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties and shift flexibility, plus a willingness to go through a governmental security clearance process.
