Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the team in analyzing, developing, and administering external reinsurance treaties.
  • •Collect relevant data for renewal submissions and analyze information to support decision-making.
  • •Contribute to reinsurance performance statistics on a case-by-case basis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
  • •Assist in preparing reinsurance cost planning, including budget estimates and projections.
  • •Develop and deliver clear presentations and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CUO, Claims, Finance, Legal, Actuarial, Cat Management).

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree (ideally Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Business) with a quantitative/analytical focus.

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • •Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus.
  • •Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business.
