Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a market-driven product vision aligned with organizational goals and own the product roadmap considering industry trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • •Analyze and deeply understand customer needs in identity verification workflows, including KYC processes, AML and risk reduction methods; translate insights into product decisions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, UX design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions; partner with sales to optimize go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • •Continuously monitor product adoption, competitive performance, and customer satisfaction metrics; define KPIs and provide updates to leadership.
  • •Drive engagement with internal and external stakeholders and mentor junior product managers to ensure smooth development cycles and market readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity verification, cybersecurity, or related industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, technology, or related field.
  • •Strong familiarity with identity verification concepts including KYC/AML technologies, and compliance frameworks, digital identities, biometrics, document authentication.
  • •Demonstrated success in leading SaaS product launches and lifecycle management.
  • •Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Agile product development.
