HOA Business Development Officer I

Develop new business opportunities for community associations by promoting and educating clients on the bank’s industry-specific banking products and services. Support deposit and lending goals, cold-call prospective management company clients, deliver sales presentations, and attend trade shows and CAI chapter events. Serve as a liaison to the operations team, troubleshoot client issues, manage remote training and sales meetings, run marketing campaigns, and market/solicit loans while collecting underwriting materials.
