Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Finance function for Imagine Cruising as the most senior Finance leader in the business. Own financial strategy, performance management, governance, controls, and cash stewardship to support profitable growth and operational efficiency. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, deliver EBITDA/PAT/cash flow targets, oversee management reporting and audits, manage treasury and working capital, and lead finance transformation including ERP and finance systems strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic and commercial partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, influencing investment and growth decisions.
•Lead the end-to-end financial planning cycle (budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans) aligned to business objectives.
•Own delivery of EBITDA, PAT, and cash flow targets, providing analysis of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
•Oversee management reporting and financial control, including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, KPIs, audits, and statutory reporting.
•Lead treasury and cash stewardship, including liquidity management, working capital optimisation, banking relationships, and finance transformation (O2C/P2P, standardisation, automation, and ERP/reporting systems strategy).

Key Requirements

•Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
•Have significant post-qualified experience with proven success in a senior Finance leadership role.
•Demonstrate experience leading multi-functional Finance teams.
•Have strong background in financial control, reporting, FP&A, and cash management.
•Operate at senior leadership level with exposure to board-level engagement and stakeholder management.
