Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with multidisciplinary engineers and operations on pressure vessel fabrication and assembly for AUV production integration.
  • •Fabricate wire harnesses, solder electronic modules (including PCBAs), and modify COTS components.
  • •Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices and perform configuration tasks.
  • •Build, test, and integrate complex electrical assemblies into AUVs.
  • •Design, prototype, and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve build and test efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid electronics background in relevant fields such as robotics, defense, or avionics.
  • •Capable of detailed electro-mechanical assembly with tight-tolerance components/enclosures and complex wire routings.
  • •Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts, including electrical debug using tools like a digital multimeter and oscilloscope.
  • •Experience working from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
