•Drive continuous improvement across multi-functional domains, identifying anomalies and resolving issues before broader awareness.
•Mentor team members, provide feedback/coaching where others have management responsibility, and participate in interviews for new hires.

•Expert knowledge of core infrastructure capabilities: AWS, Linux, networking, identity, and access.
•Expert knowledge of automation technologies including Ansible/AWX.
