Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the P&C Commercial portfolio across the Nordics, creating business value aligned with corporate strategy across lines of business and distribution.
  • •Act as the single face to the market for partners and clients; resolve conflicts and align go-to-market strategies across MidCorp and Large Corp segments.
  • •Oversee underwriting and distribution delivery to agreed targets, processes, and technical standards; collaborate closely with CUO and CTO functions globally and regionally.
  • •Lead and develop a regional team (~50 professionals), including regional line of business heads and claims/market management leadership, with dotted-line collaboration across Nordic markets.
  • •Initiate strategic initiatives and drive transformational change, leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools to optimize performance and foster continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record managing critical business scenarios in matrix organizations, including turnarounds, restructurings, and redesigning complex processes at scale.
  • •Recognized leadership in underwriting and/or distribution, with strengths that may include product design, pricing, and claims management for complex commercial offerings.
  • •Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish or Danish) is a strong advantage.
