Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily site walks to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols, monitoring GC adherence to EHS practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain comprehensive safety records with leading/lagging indicators; issue weekly EHS summaries and conduct monthly GC EHS evaluations.
  • •Coach and advise the site safety committee and support construction management with EHS performance metrics and incident management data.
  • •Assist with risk/hazard assessments and participate in significant incident investigations, escalating non-compliance to the GC and owner’s management.
  • •Lead safety meetings and support project lifecycle activities including design reviews and contributions to the Data Center Construction EHS Plan (DCCEHSP).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience in critical environments (Data Centers, Healthcare, Nuclear, or similar).
  • •Proven general construction safety experience, including electrical construction experience and expertise in medium voltage systems.
  • •Ability to read/understand architectural drawings and knowledge of construction best practices and building codes.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; familiarity with MS Project and contract/lease administration.
