Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams, stay current on trends, and manage projects and delivery quality within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS.
•Craft strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow to maximize engagement and retention.
•Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, music, and VFX, and maintain brand-consistent tone across platforms.
•Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to translate raw footage and concepts into polished deliverables.
•Maintain organized project files and ensure outputs meet platform specifications and deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•1–3+ years of experience in short-form video editing or social media content production.
•Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (CapCut is a bonus).
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
•Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating short-form content editing.
