Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage a docket of compliance reports and investigations.
  • •Conduct and oversee objective investigations across borders and jurisdictions as necessary.
  • •Manage Ethics & Compliance team members in Asia Pacific and India and coordinate external counsel investigations as needed.
  • •Oversee preparation of investigation reports with allegations, findings, and recommendations for discipline and corrective actions.
  • •Synthesize investigation outcomes to brief leaders and partner with Internal Audit, HR, and Legal on remediation and discipline plans; report on program effectiveness to Board committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from a reputed institution.
  • •License to practice law (or in-house equivalent) in relevant jurisdiction(s).
  • •Proven background conducting complex, sensitive, and high-risk compliance investigations.
  • •Experience aligning with global cross-functional stakeholders to scale compliance programs.
  • •Experience effectively balancing legal risks with business objectives to resolve complex compliance issues.
