Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end analysis from problem framing and data sourcing through insight delivery.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks, KPIs/metrics, and decision-ready recommendations.
  • •Build and maintain complex datasets, data models, dashboards, and analytical pipelines.
  • •Apply advanced analytical methods such as regression, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation/A-B testing, and predictive analytics where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, statistical analysis (6–8 years may apply for higher-grade/senior roles).
  • •Advanced SQL with strong experience in Python or R.
  • •Experience with Power BI/Tableau and modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
