Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously improve the end-to-end NPI process, including governance, timelines, launch schedules, readiness reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation management.
  • •Lead execution of launch activities for new hardware, software, solutions, services, and portfolio updates; ensure launch narratives and external communications are aligned across products and markets.
  • •Drive worldwide launch readiness planning, including internal briefings, launch materials, training content, and field communications for upcoming product introductions.
  • •Develop and maintain a rolling multi-year introduction roadmap and partner with leadership to define introduction cadence, sequencing, and strategic planning assumptions.
  • •Lead the NPI and launch team and serve as the recognized subject matter expert, improving launch effectiveness through best practices and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or New Product Introduction.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional product introduction or go-to-market programs on a global scale.
  • •Experience working across hardware, software, solutions, and services businesses (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of NPI, product launch management, program/project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
