Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical infrastructure and operations across specialty rooms and Editorial, including preventative maintenance and calibration.
  • •Lead day-to-day Production Services operations by managing and prioritizing workload, triaging incoming issues, and escalating appropriately.
  • •Establish and refine procedures for triaging, escalating, and resolving support requests to ensure consistency and predictability.
  • •Identify recurring support patterns, drive root cause analysis, and implement systemic fixes to reduce repeat incidents.
  • •Partner with engineering and production stakeholders to evolve tools, platforms, and workflows; manage facility projects and screening room scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in production or post engineering and/or production technology at a post production facility or studio.
  • •Strong people manager with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and hold the team accountable.
  • •Experience leading, mentoring, and training direct reports and partners.
  • •Deep knowledge of production and post-production workflows, including non-linear editing, color science, VFX, and audio mastering.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of key tools and software such as Avid, Adobe Premiere, Foundry, and SyncSketch, plus networking and workstation architecture fundamentals.
