Key Responsibilities

  • •Own vertical slices of our rendering platform, taking end-to-end responsibility for backend projects and distributed systems.
  • •Find the smallest possible increments to deliver infrastructure improvements and features to customers as quickly as possible.
  • •Define, design, and own API contracts for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Documenting our services and communicating our offerings to other teams within Smartly
  • •Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, prioritizing high availability, performance, and code quality in every release.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex, and distributed web applications

  • •A proactive and autonomous mindset, showing persistence when solving deep technical hurdles in production environments
