Key Responsibilities

  • •Support robust investor onboarding and compliance processes using structured workflows (e.g., KYC/AML), flag inconsistencies, and maintain controls.
  • •Help coordinate fund onboarding by managing investor support, client onboarding, document preparation, and troubleshooting operational issues as funds transition to the platform.
  • •Manage venture operations activities such as investor onboarding, investment documentation, and capital calls, focusing on process efficiency and end-to-end automation.
  • •Own investor reporting cycles by working with large datasets, external accountants, and the product team to deliver accurate, timely, and clear reports.
  • •Contribute to process execution, improvement, and scaling while remaining part of the broader Ops team and exploring other areas during the internship.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, business law, etc.) or an operations-related role, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
  • •Recent graduate or nearing the end of your studies.

  • •Curious and proactive mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
