Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily construction activities, inspection staff, field operations, and project safety, while managing schedule, budget, and contract compliance.
  • •Oversee marine, structural, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction work, including foundations, piling, concrete structures, shoreline improvements, and utilities.
  • •Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, pay applications, schedules, and field modifications while ensuring QA/QC, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • •OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
  • •10+ years of Resident Engineering, Construction Management/Inspection, or Heavy Civil Construction experience, including 5+ years as a Resident or Deputy Resident Engineer.
  • •Experience with marine, waterfront, structural, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction, including foundations, piling, concrete structures, shoreline improvements, and utility relocations.
