Job Summary

Lead end-to-end performance of the Tennessee region, driving client service quality, profitability, growth, and risk management. Serve as the region’s executive representative and “Chief Integrator” across Commercial, Consumer, Wealth, and other partners to deliver a consistent client experience. Manage sales leadership, regional financials, HR performance and staffing, and uphold Truist’s Credit Culture while partnering with Credit Delivery and community advisory boards.

•Assume overall responsibility for regional sales management, setting expectations, driving accountability, and building team capabilities to achieve goals.
•Manage regional financial performance, including profitability and expense management, controlling costs and optimizing spend.
•Execute go-to-market strategy and integrate partners to ensure client needs and service quality are prioritized across key bank functions.
•Manage HR-related aspects for regional teammates, including performance coaching, compensation alignment, hiring, and addressing underperformance.
•Set and reinforce Truist’s Credit Culture and partner with Credit Delivery to meet loan portfolio goals and risk management expectations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or related training.

•Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and indirectly managing multiple partners supporting bankers’ client solutions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent Truist as the senior-most leader in the region at events.
•Ability to travel occasionally overnight.
