Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee NPI equipment installation at the test floor, including support equipment and hardware qualification, equipment conversion and commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • •Provide in-depth technical assistance and resolution for engineering problems encountered before, during, and after deployment.
  • •Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to identify, define, and solve development issues affecting test results and operational efficiency.
  • •Initiate engineering solutions to optimize overall equipment effectiveness and reduce maintenance cost.
  • •Establish and/or maintain test equipment documentation for ISO/quality requirements and provide equipment training to lab engineering users.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with preferred 4+ years of relevant experience; or a diploma with preferred 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Good knowledge of IC technologies and understanding of semiconductor testing.
  • •Experience in system-level testing; Hontech SLT Handler and Chroma SLT Handler experience is an added advantage.
  • •Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving.
  • •Ability to work with minimum supervision, lead, and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
