Job Summary

Provide deep technical support to resolve engineering issues across new product and equipment introduction and deployment. Oversee NPI equipment installation on the test floor, including qualification, conversion, commissioning, and maintenance strategy development. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment test problems, collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, and optimize equipment effectiveness while reducing maintenance cost. Maintain test equipment documentation for ISO/quality needs and train lab engineering users.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee NPI equipment installation at the test floor, including support equipment and hardware qualification, equipment conversion and commissioning, and troubleshooting.
•Provide in-depth technical assistance and resolution for engineering problems encountered before, during, and after deployment.
•Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to identify, define, and solve development issues affecting test results and operational efficiency.
•Initiate engineering solutions to optimize overall equipment effectiveness and reduce maintenance cost.
•Establish and/or maintain test equipment documentation for ISO/quality requirements and provide equipment training to lab engineering users.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with preferred 4+ years of relevant experience; or a diploma with preferred 6+ years of relevant experience.
•Good knowledge of IC technologies and understanding of semiconductor testing.
•Experience in system-level testing; Hontech SLT Handler and Chroma SLT Handler experience is an added advantage.
•Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving.
•Ability to work with minimum supervision, lead, and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
