Key Responsibilities

  • •Own US public-sector product offerings end to end across FedRAMP, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, DoD Impact Levels, and classified environments.
  • •Define product strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and sequencing investments for where Databricks should build next.
  • •Design and adapt features to meet US Government needs in regulated environments and ensure compliance/authorization processes scale with growth.
  • •Launch public-sector offerings in partnership with GTM and public-sector field teams to accelerate adoption across federal, defense, Intelligence Community, and State/Local/Education customers.
  • •Partner across Security Assurance, Corporate Operations, Sales, Engineering, and cloud providers to coordinate compliance roadmaps and required capabilities for regulated deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products, delivering customer-facing features.
  • •Experience leading customer conversations, writing PRDs, defining success metrics, prioritizing features, and guiding execution.
  • •Domain expertise in US public-sector compliance and accreditation (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels IL4/5/6, NIST 800-53) and government cloud or classified deployments.
  • •Experience launching enterprise products and driving adoption in large, complex organizations, ideally including US Government or other regulated customers.
  • •US citizenship and ability to obtain and hold a security clearance.
