Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • •Act as the senior on-water authority, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and operational procedures.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members, including on-the-job coaching.
  • •Deliver advanced instruction across multiple water sports disciplines, including guest briefings, safety demonstrations, and supervision.
  • •Support operational planning and execution, including pre-opening setup/testing, equipment readiness, scheduling, and escalation for operational issues and guest concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Water Sports Instructor or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ISA, RYA).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience delivering water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
  • •Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines, with supervisory/senior instructor experience preferred.
  • •Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date).
  • •Strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management, with leadership and mentoring abilities.
