Key Responsibilities

  • •Create inbound deliveries for production and analyze production schedules.
  • •Communicate with production and supply planning teams, and monitor transfer ribbon/handling unit inventory.
  • •Select outbound shipments from reports, adjust shipment dates, and review outbound order loading opportunities.
  • •Print and reconcile inbound and outbound shipping/loading documentation, accounting for unused handling units and resolving missed scan issues.
  • •Schedule outbound shipments and coordinate dock schedules/loading capacity; send daily carrier updates and follow up on late/missed appointments.

Key Requirements
