Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and drive project HSE strategy, objectives, and governance while promoting a proactive Zero Harm culture.
  • •Develop and maintain the project-wide HSE management framework, assurance plans, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • •Provide contractor HSE oversight by reviewing HSE plans and monitoring leadership effectiveness, performance, and corrective actions.
  • •Conduct audits/inspections and manage the project HSE audit program, tracking findings to closure and supporting external audits.
  • •Oversee environmental management and key risk/incident processes, including compliance with relevant regulations, IFC Standards, Equator Principles, and incident investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • •20+ years of HSE experience in major industrial, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
  • •10+ years in senior HSE leadership roles for large, multi-contractor projects.
  • •Proven ability to manage and assure contractor HSE performance on complex EPC projects.
  • •Strong practical knowledge of international HSE management systems and standards, including audits and incident investigations.
