Key Responsibilities

  • •Assists in the evaluation and execution of assigned investment transactions, including M&A, securities issuance, capital restructuring, etc.
  • •Provides financial analysis reports for investment transactions.
  • •Prepares marketing documentation such as pitch materials and board and management presentations.
  • •Drafts memorandums and road show presentations for client companies.
  • •Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates within the Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets and M&A product groups to develop new business ideas, pitch strategies or transaction financing scenarios to help corporate clients and financial sponsors achieve objectives.
