•Assists in the evaluation and execution of assigned investment transactions, including M&A, securities issuance, capital restructuring, etc.
•Provides financial analysis reports for investment transactions.
•Prepares marketing documentation such as pitch materials and board and management presentations.
•Drafts memorandums and road show presentations for client companies.
•Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates within the Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets and M&A product groups to develop new business ideas, pitch strategies or transaction financing scenarios to help corporate clients and financial sponsors achieve objectives.
