•Coach managers on performance feedback, documentation, recognition, and routine team management conversations.
•Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal mobility, and exits in partnership with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
•Triaging and documenting employee relations matters, escalating higher-complexity issues to Strategic HRBPs.
•Drive company-wide people programs such as performance evaluations, calibrations, engagement surveys, and annual compensation reviews, using people data to improve processes.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

•Ability to work onsite regularly in the Iowa office, and knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
•High attention to detail with comfort working with HR systems and data, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
