Serve as the face of Prometric at the Cumberland test center by verifying candidate identification, performing required security checks, and monitoring exams to uphold strict exam integrity policies. Maintain a secure testing environment, address candidate issues with urgency, and ensure every examinee receives a fair, comfortable testing experience. Work a flexible part-time schedule (about 20 hours/week) with availability Monday–Saturday and occasional evenings/Sundays.
