Key Responsibilities

•Video Ads Tech Lead: Partner with Product and Design to roadmap and execute the Video Ads format into an industry-leading product.
•Technical Strategy: Establish Android best practices and guide design reviews for scalable reddit-unique ad formats.
•Full-Cycle Leadership: Drive the development lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through testing, experimentation, and deployment.
•Raise the Bar: Mentor senior engineers across teams and promote best practices for design, testing and operational excellence.
