Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze source-system data to identify completeness, accuracy, consistency, duplication, and missing-value issues.
  • •Define and execute data cleansing, remediation, and enrichment, and maintain data-quality metrics and validation reports.
  • •Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping specifications, business rules, transformation logic, and data-conversion requirements.
  • •Support migration execution for ERP, financial, operational, and reporting systems, including troubleshooting load failures and conversion issues.
  • •Validate migrated data through reconciliation and testing (SIT/UAT), investigate discrepancies, and prepare reconciliation reports for review and sign-off.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • •5+ years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Migration Analyst, including 3+ years on large-scale data migration projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation methodologies.
  • •Advanced SQL skills to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
  • •Experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Dayshape, Fieldglass, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable tools.
