Job Summary

Drive trading effectiveness across Bupa’s SME distribution business by building an integrated trading strategy and performance framework. Use performance data and market/customer insights to identify growth opportunities across New Business, Retention, and B2B operations. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Digital, Resource Planning, and Sales Excellence to prioritise initiatives, run test-and-learn programmes, and lead governance through an operating rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain an integrated SME trading strategy aligned to business objectives and identify/prioritise growth opportunities.
•Create and maintain a commercial trading performance framework, translating complex data into insights and recommendations.
•Align trading initiatives with resource planning by informing prioritisation decisions with Finance and Resource Planning teams.
•Design, coordinate, and prioritise trading initiatives and campaigns, establishing test-and-learn methodologies to evaluate effectiveness.
•Establish trading governance and an operating rhythm, tracking delivery/dependencies/benefits and supporting senior leadership forums with concise analysis.
