•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

•Be 16 years or older.
•Be flexible with the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Take a team-first approach and have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Be able to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and input information into a computer.
•Be able to move merchandise and perform physical tasks such as placing items on shelves/racks, lifting 30 pounds with assistance, and climbing ladders while carrying merchandise.
