Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the global transfer pricing team on transfer pricing matters, including design of new global policies and methodologies.
  • •Maintain and enhance existing transfer pricing policies and methodologies, including implementation of service fees globally.
  • •Evaluate OECD projects (including BEPS 2.0) and guidelines and assess implications for agencies based on domestic legislation.
  • •Prepare global transfer pricing documentation templates and support operating companies with local file documentation and benchmarking.
  • •Support legal documentation for intra-group transactions and help collate information to respond to tax and transfer pricing enquiries worldwide with external advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of transfer pricing experience at senior, manager, or senior manager level (preferably Big 4).
  • •Experience with global transfer pricing documentation and the transfer pricing lifecycle for large, complex multinationals.
  • •Excellent business English verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to manage own workload independently while working as part of a larger team.
  • •Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity and incomplete data to provide practical advice.
