Job Summary

Provide onsite maintenance and repairs for company-owned pump, power, and HVAC equipment at the Advanced Solutions facility in Abilene, TX. Use laptops/tablets and the T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and at customer job sites. Support preventive maintenance, document work daily, assist with training, and complete pick-up/delivery of parts.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; and diagnose issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
•Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining pump, power, and HVAC equipment.
•Perform preventive maintenance and repairs by traveling to customer job sites as required (including power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors).
•Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and handle repairs.
•Maintain daily paperwork/electronic documentation, assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and support training of lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

•Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
•Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
•Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and ability to read and know schematics.
•Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
•EPA 608 certification preferred; if not certified, obtain within 6–12 months of employment.
