Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery to determine what should be built by partnering with Product, CS, and Support and using product usage and support data.
  • •Design courses, certifications, learning paths, and live sessions, producing detailed design artefacts and making deliberate modality choices.
  • •Hand off designs cleanly to Knowledge & Enablement Specialists and maintain design authority through development, including hands-on building when needed.
  • •Build and iterate on AI-accelerated, agentic multi-step production workflows, evaluating output and improving reliability.
  • •Facilitate and represent Synthesia through live customer sessions and workshops, and measure learning impact using engagement and assessment data.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven senior-level instructional design experience, including owning needs analysis and design end-to-end.
  • •A portfolio of real-world customer-facing or professional learning experiences you designed.
  • •Demonstrable experience facilitating live sessions and speaking to large audiences (conference stages, industry events, or major webinars).
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic or multi-step AI workflows, including how you iterated and what you learned.
  • •Based in or relocating to the New York or Austin area, with ~2 days per week in office.
