Key Responsibilities

•Ensure Dyson machines are in excellent condition, clean, stocked, and ready to operate at all times.
•Monitor stock levels, merchandising quality, and product placement with correct pricing.
•Maintain a clean selling surface and deliver premium customer service.
•Engage with customers to showcase the latest innovations and build loyalty after purchases.
•Assist in training new experts and report daily demonstrations and customer verbatims.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in assisted sale and/or premium retail.
•Excellent spoken and presenting skills.
•Demonstrates integrity in daily actions and decisions.
•Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
•Fluent in English; another foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) a plus.
