Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure compliance.
  • •Manage sensitive employee relations and terminations, including drafting legally sound documentation.
  • •Advise clients on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning, staying current on labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe.
  • •Review and advise on employment contracts, performance processes (including PIPs), and timely salary changes.
  • •Serve as a single point of contact for employee immigration/mobility needs and support compliance governance projects while driving process optimization through automation and AI.
