Job Summary

Manage product engineering and operations for AMD’s Data Center Graphics products, driving product development and enablement from design validation through qualification and release to production. Lead yield improvement efforts across insertions and sustaining phases, coordinate with global NPI teams, and ensure flawless test and process execution with manufacturing partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Failure Analysis to resolve excursions and improve performance and margins.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the product engineering team to manage product yield in all insertions and oversee engineering activities during product development (design validation, performance, characterization, qualification, and release to production).
•Collaborate with global NPI functional teams for new product development and transition to the sustaining phase.
•Manage flawless test and process execution, including ramp to volume production with manufacturing partners.
•Lead sustaining yield activities focused on driving product performance and margin improvement with operations and development teams.
•Lead multi-functional teams, maintain committed schedules across multiple projects, and manage product excursions through a material review board with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Failure Analysis teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 2,325,750 - 3,322,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Lead the product engineering team to manage product yield across insertions and product development activities, including design validation, characterization, qualification, and release to production.
•Over 15 years of experience in new product introduction, product engineering, and manufacturing, with detailed understanding of device physics and semiconductor processing.
•Work with global NPI functional teams to develop new products and transition into sustaining.
•Manage test and process execution, ramping new products to volume production with manufacturing partners.
•Be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills for multi-functional, people-management collaboration.
