Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end project plan for data migration, cleansing, governance, and validation activities.
  • •Schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain meetings, steering committees, and workshops for the Data Domain.
  • •Coordinate with functional workstream leads (R2R, S2P, O2C, Enabling Functions) to identify data requirements and dependencies.
  • •Manage master data management (MDM) activities, including data standards, ownership, and stewardship models.
  • •Oversee ETL processes and reconciliation, track data quality metrics with remediation plans, and manage risks/issues for data readiness through cutover and go-live stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • •6–10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years focused on data migration, MDM, or data governance in ERP implementations.
  • •Familiarity with ERP data structures (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data migration tools/methodologies.
  • •Understanding of data governance frameworks and master data domains (customer, vendor, material, GL).
  • •Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
