Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) consulting focused on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, including sales order management, delivery processing, shipping/transportation, billing/invoicing, and customer payments/returns. Support reverse logistics for returns, refunds, replacements, and credit/debit note handling, and contribute to export sales process design (international shipping, export documentation, customs, and compliance). Collaborate cross-functionally (MM, FI, WM/EWM, Logistics) on requirements, configuration support, testing, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes: sales order management, delivery processing, shipping/transportation, billing/invoicing, and customer payments/returns.
•Support Reverse Logistics processes including returns, refunds, replacements, and credit/debit note management.
•Assist in Export Sales process design, covering international shipping, export documentation, customs, and compliance requirements.
•Work with senior consultants to design, document, and optimize SAP S/4HANA SD business process flows.
•Participate in requirement gathering, configuration support, testing, and user training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM/EWM, Logistics).

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution.
•Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
•Experience with Reverse Logistics processes (returns, refunds, replacements, and credit/debit note management).
•Experience supporting Export Sales workflows (international shipping, export documentation, customs, and compliance).
•Any graduate education and the ability to design, configure, and document SAP S/4HANA SD business process flows.
