Job Summary

Lead design and implementation of end-to-end agentic workflows for generative AI at Zurich’s Barcelona Tech Delivery Center. Build reusable skills, tools and agents using LangGraph and integrate multiple LLM providers (including Claude Code), partnering with data scientists and product teams to translate complex business problems into scalable, production-ready AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end agentic workflows and break complex problems into composable steps, states, and policies.
•Translate high-level business problems into structured agentic solutions, defining workflows, components and trade-offs across multiple design options.
•Build reusable skills, tools and agents, and compose them into maintainable, testable workflows.
•Demonstrate strong judgement on when to build a skill vs. a tool vs. an agent vs. a workflow, balancing accuracy, complexity and scalability.
•Define evaluation strategies (offline and online), datasets, metrics, and guardrails to validate agent behaviour and measure regression over time.

Key Requirements

•5+ years Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals
