Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input to project execution plans, baselines, and control budgets, and guide controls decisions using policies, resource needs, budgets, and the business plan.
  • •Develop and implement cost control strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards; manage cost reporting and performance reviews.
  • •Own schedule integrity by proactively monitoring productivity, evaluating change impacts, and reviewing late and look-ahead reporting to progress the schedule.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to establish cost control baselines and ensure budget adherence across the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead and develop the project controls team through guidance, training, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in cost control or project controls roles within the EPCI industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of project cost control methods, including earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • •Proficiency with cost control tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team of cost-control professionals.
