•Demonstrate the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through attitude, grooming and presentation.
•Develop product knowledge to offer expert guidance to customers.
•Build and manage a client database to drive repeat visits and loyalty.
•Assist with stock replenishment, stock controls and participate in stock takes and store meetings.

Salary: 1,000,000

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of product construction, materials, care and design to provide knowledgeable customer service.
•Ability to develop and maintain a client database to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
•Proven ability to resolve customer issues promptly and suggest effective solutions to management.
•Experience in stock replenishment and stock control to ensure steady supply and accuracy of records.
•Flexibility to assist with ad-hoc duties and participate in meetings and training events.
