Job Summary

Directly supervise all Kids Only counselors and team members, overseeing operations to deliver personalized, efficient service for children. Report to Recreation Manager or Director of Sports & Leisure in absence of Kids Only Manager. Manage arrivals, activities, SOPs, staff motivation, and data accuracy to ensure exceptional guest experiences at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet children at arrivals and departures and assist with requests and directions.
•Supervise Kids Only Counselors, Babysitters, and attendants; coordinate team activities and ensure smooth operations.
•Ensure all SOPs, risk assessments, policies, procedures and health guidelines are followed; update kid profiles accordingly.
•Promote participation in activities and events; coordinate with Recreation to organize family and resort activities.
•Maintain inventory, payroll data input, and accurate monthly reports to HR standards.

Key Requirements

•Childcare & Education graduate (advantage)
•A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
•Excellent communication skills
•Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities
•Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results
