Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to the team with impact analysis and solution knowledge
  • •Oversee major production incidents: incident resolution and on-call support as needed
  • •Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports and concurrent managers, coordinating with DBA/Infra
  • •Coordinate with the team on schedules, risks, quotations and priorities
  • •Author technical specifications, unit/integration test plans, deployment procedures and technical documentation; enforce coding standards and best practices

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, financials modules, in R12 version
  • •Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development and support
  • •Master in development tools for ERP (Forms, Reports, Unix, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAFramework, Web services, AME, Interfaces such as File/REST API)
  • •Strong debugging, performance tuning and root-cause analysis skills
  • •Ability to write technical documents and procedures
