Maintain and repair venue equipment and facilities by performing preventive and emergency maintenance to support safe, efficient operations. Keep guest areas and workspaces clean and orderly, assist with cleaning tasks, and participate in sustainability efforts like recycling and waste sorting. Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, interpret manuals and work orders, and perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and plumbing/carpentry duties.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment using safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems to support venue goals.
•Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, and handle scheduled maintenance repairs.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
•Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting fixtures and restrooms, restocking hygiene products, and keeping guest-facing areas free of trash.
•Perform mechanical skills including mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting, read manuals and work orders, diagnose issues, replace/repair parts, and make adjustments.

Key Requirements

•Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent production maintenance experience.
•Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience with production maintenance systems and processes.
•An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Position requires constant walking and climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs, and occasional sitting.
