Senior Sales Engineer

Support North America Sales for Mastercard Identity by acting as technical product expert throughout the pre-sale process. Lead discovery, qualify customer needs, and guide prospects on how Mastercard’s machine-learning and data-science solutions fit their workflows and risks. Demonstrate underlying technologies (data processing, web architecture, API-delivered services), run proof-of-value tests, provide training, document learnings, and collaborate with Product using customer feedback while representing the team at conferences.
