Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the strategic direction for the Equities Delta Trading desk, aligning with broader bank trading objectives and market expansion goals.
  • •Lead and optimize execution across delta-one products (cash equities, equity index futures, and ETFs), ensuring best execution and adherence to market structure.
  • •Monitor and manage trading exposures within approved limits; escalate breaches and recommend adjustments to maintain risk integrity and compliance.
  • •Research and analyze macroeconomic trends, sector dynamics, and liquidity flows to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • •Maintain governance and operational readiness: ensure compliance with policies/regulations, oversee end-to-end quality checks for new product/service releases, and partner with Sales, Structuring, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to improve execution and efficiency.

  • •At least 9 years of experience in equities trading, with a strong track record in delta one strategies across cash equities, index futures, and ETFs.

  • •Strong command of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks.
