Manager, Corporate Development (M&A)

Support the VP of Corporate Development across acquisition strategy and execution, including M&A process activities from market assessment and due diligence through valuation/modeling, contract negotiation, and post-closing tracking. Analyze market and company information to identify acquisition opportunities, build financial models, and prepare proposals and presentations for senior leadership. Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders and produce ad-hoc research for management.
