Key Responsibilities

•Support European markets in the development and execution of their app media strategies and optimize app store performance
•Monitor app media and organic performances, launching and iterating A/B tests
•Partner with media agencies to ensure high-quality execution and continuous performance improvement and nurture a community of performance media managers across Europe
•Coordinate with Digital and E-commerce teams to align media objectives with commercial targets and monthly forecasts
•Develop reporting and presentations to provide visibility on KPIs at European and market levels

Key Requirements

•6/8 years of experience in an agency environment in an international setting
•BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
•Fluent in English
•Strong understanding of ecommerce challenges
•Familiarity with app download tools such as Appsflyer, AppFollow and Google Analytics
